CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE:

QA/QC SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor with background in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and electronics production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance and control activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and driving continuous improvement in assembly production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise QA/QC team members across assembly lines.

Oversee quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, inspection instructions, and checklists.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor and audit line quality and inspection.

Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.

Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), conduct root cause analysis, and lead 8D or other problem-solving methods.

Train QA inspectors and production staff on quality standards and inspection methods.

Review and maintain quality documentation, including reports, records, and certifications.

Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years experience in a QA/QC supervisory role within electronics manufacturing.

Working knowledge of SMT processes and inspection tools.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other industry standards. Hands-on experience with quality tools (5 Why, Pareto, Fishbone, etc.).

Good communication and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
