Business Analyst Intern – Business Consulting

Overview

The Business Analyst Intern will support the Business Consulting team in conducting research, analyzing data, and documenting business requirements for various client and internal projects. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands‑on experience in business analysis, project work, and consulting practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.

Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking activities to support project recommendations.

Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation.

Assist in mapping current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal project discussions when needed.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing business initiatives.

Perform administrative or project‑related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, IT, Finance or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Eagerness to learn and interest in consulting, project work, or business analysis.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Basic understanding of process mapping or business analysis frameworks.

Experience with research, data analytics, or academic projects involving analysis.

Familiarity with project management concepts.

Work Arrangement

Internship duration: 3–6 months (flexible depending on academic requirements).

Hybrid atleast 2-3x a week onsite

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Up to Php15,000.00 per month
