We are seeking a Transaction Manager to provide professional, cradle-to-grave corporate fiduciary and related corporate services to an allocated portfolio of corporate, share scheme, capital markets, and structured finance clients. Working within a multi-skilled specialist team, the successful candidate will coordinate with client service managers, administrators, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and transaction management.
The Transaction Manager will perform various corporate fiduciary, management, coordination, business-building, and relationship management activities to support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of share schemes, special purpose companies, trusts, and other corporate business clients. The role requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of client services. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for end-to-end client dealings and transaction management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, their advisers, and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for an allocated portfolio of clients and coordinate all client deliverables across TMF teams.
Manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing activities throughout the client lifecycle.
Review legal transaction documents and perform compliance checks in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Consult and liaise with lawyers, tax specialists, administrators, and other professional advisers regarding client transactions.
Draft transaction summaries and maintain a thorough understanding of client structures and developments.
Understand, assess, and manage risks associated with fiduciary appointments and client transactions.
Act in a fiduciary capacity on selected transactions within the Share Scheme and Capital Markets sectors.
Support business development initiatives by strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
Drive process efficiencies and leverage available technology to enhance client service delivery.
Relevant professional qualification such as BCom, BBusSci, LLB, Finance, Business, or a related degree.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within financial services, corporate services, capital markets, structured finance, fiduciary services, or a related environment.
Understanding of capital markets, corporate structures, and financial services environments.
Strong knowledge of transaction management, client relationship management, compliance, and risk principles.
Experience reviewing legal and transaction documentation.
Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
Experience with securitisations and/or capital markets transactions would be advantageous.
