About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Store / Inventory Manager with strong FMCG industry experience to manage our warehouse, store operations, inventory control, and stock movement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of FMCG inventory processes, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily store and warehouse operations.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.

Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of FMCG products.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, damaged goods, and product returns.

Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices to minimize product loss and expiry.

Ensure proper storage conditions and organized warehouse operations.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Coordinate closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, and finance departments.

Lead and supervise store/warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of strong experience in store/inventory or warehouse management.

FMCG experience is essential.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.

Hands-on experience with FIFO/FEFO, batch control, expiry management, and stock reconciliation.

Experience with Zoho/inventory management systems.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Arabic language is preferred.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have strong practical FMCG warehouse/store experience, can independently manage inventory operations, and have a proven record of minimizing stock discrepancies and product losses.
