Role Description The Landlord Relations Agent (Experienced) is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, responding to inquiries, and providing clear guidance on property leasing and management processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating property listings, ensuring accurate documentation, following up on contracts and renewals, and liaising between landlords, tenants, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The agent will handle landlord/tenant matters, assist with lettings, support estate agents, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting property portfolio performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of landlord experience.

Qualifications

Experience working with estate agents and understanding of real estate brokerage processes.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations and handle complex inquiries professionally.

Previous experience in real estate or property services in the UAE market is highly beneficial.

Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or property management systems.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

Relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
