Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble aluminium profiles using appropriate tools and machines.

Perform fabrication of glass doors, windows, curtain walls, handrails, skylights, and other architectural glazing systems.

Handle glass cutting, edge polishing, and fitting into aluminium frames.

Ensure quality checks and dimensional accuracy before delivery or installation.

Assist in on-site installation and fitting as required.

Maintain tools, machinery, and workstations in proper working condition.

Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines within the workshop and at site.

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or technical certificate in mechanical or fabrication field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aluminium and glass fabrication.

Strong knowledge of aluminium systems (e.g., Technal, Schüco, Gulf Extrusions, or equivalent).

Ability to operate cutting machines, punching machines, CNC routers, and hand tools.

Knowledge of different glass types and glazing techniques.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 kg.

Comfortable working in workshop and site environments.

Preferred:

UAE / GCC experience in aluminium and glass projects.

Valid UAE driving license (optional depending on the role).
