What You'll Do

As part of our Consulting Recruiting team for Germany and Austria, you'll join the Talent Retention team, where we design and deliver programs that strengthen relationships with high-potential talent throughout their academic journey. You'll help shape memorable experiences that inspire talented students to pursue a career at BCG.

In this role, you'll manage recruiting programs and events, coordinate with stakeholders across Recruiting and the consulting business, and continuously improve our talent initiatives and operational processes.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Owning the content, coordination, and continuous evolution of our FAST FORWARD program for former interns.

Planning and delivering engaging events, from short virtual sessions to multi-day in-person experiences.

Managing the end-to-end conversion of your candidates into full-time hires, including intake planning, contract management, and post-offer follow-up.

Driving operational excellence by optimizing recruiting processes, systems, and tools while continuously enhancing the candidate experience

Providing data-driven insights through KPI reporting, supporting informed decision-making, and acting as a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders.

Leading special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses concept to execution.

Supporting the onboarding of new team members and fostering the development of junior colleagues by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and coordinating day-to-day activities.

What You'll Bring

You have a (technical) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or business psychology.

Some relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services, is a plus.

You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.

Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Recruiting team, based in Munich or Düsseldorf, whose collaboration is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust. You’ll report directly to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your coworkers.
