Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Begleitung von Veranstaltungen, inklusive Location-Anfragen, Catering-Koordination und Feedback-Auswertung

Anlage und Pflege von Veranstaltungen im Teilnehmermanagement-Tool Ventari sowie Unterstützung bei der Auswahl neuer Dienstleister

Betreuung des Themenfelds „Material und Logistik“ sowie Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern und Agenturen

Erstellung von Lernvideos und Dokumentensammlungen für den Wissenshub sowie Sammlung und Aufbereitung von Methoden

Aktualisierung von Checklisten, Leitfäden und Dienstleisterlisten sowie Unterstützung bei der Betreuung des Gruppenpostfachs und der Protokollführung

Profil / Anforderungen

Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing, Veranstaltungsmanagement, Design oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Verfügbarkeit für sechs Monate

Gutes technisches Verständnis, digitale Affinität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Serviceorientierung

Eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise
