Your responsibilities

Management of project planning, implementation, and oversight in France, from initiation to completion.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Initiation, monitoring, and coordination of official procedures, including environmental planning, connection, and construction processes.

Providing support to the Management Board in organizational growth and project portfolio development.

Assisting in the negotiation of agreements securing real estate usage rights and contracts with energy operators and contractors.

Manage weekly reporting on their own projects based on Uniper internal tools

Design, implement and continuously improve the tools used to manage development activities, in coordination with the relevant internal teams.

Building positive relationships through collaboration with local authorities, communities, and landowners.

Your profile

Degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, with a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to learning

In-depth knowledge of project development stages, including permitting, land contracts, and grid connections, with track record in utility-scale solar or wind projects up to financial investment decision

Technical expertise in wind and solar projects, including CAD, GIS, and Office tools, with experience in the french regulatory framework and permitting

Strong project management skills, including the use of tools, detailed reporting, and long-term planning

Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities

Familiarity with financial tools and concepts, and excellent communication and presentation skills in international, multicultural settings

Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus
