About the role

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and contractual requirements.

Review project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status reports.

Lead site teams and ensure successful project completion.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

5+ years of construction project management experience.

Proven experience managing large-scale civil or building construction projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contracts, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in project management and engineering software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Accommodation + transportation + As per UAE law all the benefits.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
