We're Hiring: Production Manager – Joinery & Paint Works

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Production Manager with strong expertise in joinery and paint works, capable of managing factory operations, production planning, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing joinery production (wood, furniture, fit-out) and overseeing painting/finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities in joinery and paint departments

Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with design and site teams to understand technical requirements

Supervise the manufacturing of custom furniture, woodwork, and interior elements

Monitor quality standards, finishing, and materials

Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of production areas

Maintain inventory levels and manage raw material procurement

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in joinery and paint production

Strong knowledge of wood machinery, finishing materials, and paint types

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and BOQs

Experience in managing factory teams and production timelines

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
