Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer ( .NET, Angular and Azure)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native development practices to drive the modernization, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience upgrading legacy applications, implementing secure integrations, building scalable microservices architectures, and delivering high-quality cloud solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, secure coding standards, DevOps processes, containerization technologies, and enterprise authentication frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Application Modernization & Platform Upgrades

Upgrade and migrate legacy .NET applications to the latest .NET versions.

Modernize and refactor Angular applications to current supported releases.

Review and optimize existing application architecture, code quality, and performance.

Remediate technical debt and modernize legacy components and frameworks.

Ensure all modernization efforts comply with secure coding standards and industry best practices.

Full Stack Development

Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.

Build responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end applications using Angular.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

Develop reusable components, shared services, and common frameworks.

Apply SOLID principles, clean architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.

Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.

Cloud, DevOps & Containerization

Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads on Microsoft Azure.

Manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Implement infrastructure automation and deployment best practices.

Monitor application health, performance, and operational metrics.

Support disaster recovery, high availability, and scalability initiatives.

Azure Platform Services

Build solutions utilizing Azure services including: Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics.

Design secure and scalable cloud-native application architectures.

Security & Compliance

Implement secure coding practices aligned with OWASP Top 10 guidelines.

Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities through secure development processes.

Conduct code reviews with a focus on performance, maintainability, and security.

Implement authentication and authorization frameworks across applications.

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Enforce least-privilege access principles and cloud security standards.

Smart City, Payments & Enterprise Integrations

Design and implement integrations with smart city platforms and enterprise solutions.

Integrate and maintain payment gateways and transactional workflows.

Support IoT-enabled solutions and connected platform architectures.

Ensure secure and compliant payment processing and data exchange mechanisms.

Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers.
