Business Analyst – Cash Management & Corporate Channels
About the role
The Business Lead oversees the ongoing projects of banks, collaborating closely with team members to guarantee that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. Key responsibilities involve preparing and submitting project deliverables, creating status reports, and developing effective project communication plans, along with ensuring the proper implementation of these plans. Additionally, the Agile Business Lead is anticipated to possess leadership abilities to assume the roles of Scrum Master or Product Owner when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or business management
At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 years in cash management or corporate channel systems.
Relevant certifications like ECBA, CBAP, CSM, etc., will be advantageous.
Experience in Escrow Management Systems, real-estate escrow processes, virtual accounts, and regulatory compliance requirements within the banking domain will be highly advantageous

Experience in documenting user journeys and user stories/BRD is essential.
Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary.
Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies is required.
Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Transaction Banking products and corporate channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaborate with the GTx team to create high-quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders.
Conduct quality assurance on the deliveries within the GTx payments platforms.
Must be adaptable enough to support deliveries in either waterfall or agile models.
Engage with SMEs, end users, and vendors to identify, document, and validate requirements based on user journeys and user stories for implementing payment systems, corporate channel systems and escrow-related solutions.
Assist in the development of user stories/requirements, providing support to team members as needed.
Responsible for producing test scenarios, scripts, and other UAT documentation, as well as identifying and extracting custom data for testing purposes.
Execute UAT against previously defined and approved business requirements, user stories, or solution designs.
Collaborate with business SMEs and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, utilizing Agile practices to emphasize business value.
Highlight key issues and challenges related to product sign-off after the testing phase is completed.
Validate existing 'to be' processes during UAT execution, including revising and updating business processes according to business requirements.
Analyze and interpret business requirements, and when necessary, gather additional information from Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts.
Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration/Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Monitor and support post-production projects as part of BAU.
