The Role
Network Business Account Executiveは、外資系顧客に対する保険提案、契約管理、リスクコンサルティングを行います。特に英語での業務対応が求められ、WTW海外部署への報告業務や、国内外の保険会社との折衝やクレーム対応も含まれます。
外資系法人営業
既存顧客の保険契約メンテナンス：既存の外資系顧客に対する保険契約の管理
新規提案とコンサルティング: 新規の保険提案やリスク・保険に関するコンサルティング、海外部署で開拓した新規顧客の日本支社対応も含む
主な職務内容
営業担当として予算と実績管理
WTW海外部署からの顧客照会、保険手配および更改指示を受け、内容確認、Fee交渉（主に英語によるメール）および回収管理
国内および外資保険会社への契約引受依頼、確認、見積依頼、折衝
顧客への提案資料、見積、補償内容の説明資料の作成（日本語および英語）
保険事故発生時のクレーム対応
WTW海外部署へのレポーティング業務（英語）
その他顧客からの問い合わせ対応、顧客海外本社担当者との会議への出席など
Qualifications

損害保険の営業経験（特に企業保険の営業経験があれば尚可）
高いコミュニケーション能力
チームワークを尊重する姿勢
ビジネスレベルの英語力：英語での業務対応が可能なレベル
