About the role

The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team.

We are currently looking for IT Specialist to support our Porto office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional seeking a long-term collaboration with an international company operating in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.

Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, user permissions, and licensing.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Support office network infrastructure and IT security best practices.

Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.

Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Professional level of English; Spanish is highly desirable.

Registered as a freelancer (or able to work as an independent contractor in Spain).
