A Day in the Life:
In the position of Marketing Specialist, you will drive the execution and optimization of Monster Energy's brand marketing strategy by coordinating key initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence across campaigns, partnerships, and activations. Play a critical role in bringing the brand to life, managing key relationships (athletes, ambassadors, agencies), and driving tracking and control processes that fuel the overall country strategy defined at the director level.
The Impact You'll Make:
Execute brand marketing initiatives and 360 plans, including New Product Development launches and Regional Acceleration plans, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Coordinate athlete, ambassador, and agency relationships, supporting program execution, product seeding, events, shipments, and ongoing project requirements.
Manage marketing operations and administration, including contract coordination, workflow management, compliance documentation, and vendor onboarding processes.
Oversee budget administration and financial tracking, including invoice processing, budget monitoring, expense reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
Track and report marketing performance metrics, maintaining scorecards and analyzing campaign effectiveness to support business decision-making. Including monitoring agency performance and supporting evaluation processes,
including performance tracking, post-campaign assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide operational support in coordinating priorities, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful execution of the annual marketing plan, including the preparation and delivery of marketing presentations, reports, and business
updates to support planning, reviews, and leadership decision-making.
Who You Are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
- Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing
Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in executing marketing campaigns
Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office
Preferred Certifications: N/A
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: English preferred; Spanish is a plus
