About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

You will supervise a team who are responsible for the review, exception processing, break escalation/resolution and subsequent affirm/confirm of trade between the client and executing counterparty for a range of listed and OTC products on multiple trade matching platforms (e.g. Traiana, CTM).

Responsible for overseeing the fails management process for listed products.

Oversee the production of client reports highlighting status and reason for all outstanding trades.

Provide key assistance to Client Integration team and Connectivity regarding incoming file requirements to CFS and outgoing file requirements to vendor platforms.

Responsible for oversight and control of the central group email boxes.

Monitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables in MOS.

Produce timely and accurate reports.

Work on special projects as needed and support AVP in rolling out new operational processes and onboarding of new funds.

Work with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues.

Supervise the training and development of junior members of the trade matching team in both local and outsourced locations.

Interact effectively with trade matching team members in both local and outsourced locations and supporting departments.

Assist with internal SOC/audit requirements.

Oversee task allocations in local offices to ensure client deliverables are met.

Co-ordinate task assignment and task reviews for teams in outsourced office locations.

Ensure appropriate escalation of all relevant ORL and RMP risk events in local and outsourced locations

About You:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects.

4+ Years in Financial Services or relevant industry.

Knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds

Knowledge of trade matching processes, including affirmation and fails management.

Familiar with a range of financial instruments, specifically, listed (equity, bonds, repos) and OTC products.

Familiar with trade matching platforms such as CTM, MarketAxess, Traiana and Markit Trade Manager.

Strong customer service and analytical and problem solving skills.

Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail focused with the ability to multi-task.

Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.

Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.

Comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone.
