Job Overview

Posh Fusion Fashion Clothing L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Architect to join our team for upcoming retail projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail fit-out projects, drawing evaluation, project execution, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and evaluate architectural and technical drawings.

Identify drawing errors, design issues, and practical execution requirements.

Have hands-on experience in project execution and site coordination.

Coordinate with fit-out contractors, civil, and MEP teams.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress and quality.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials, quotations, and specifications.

Assist in material selection and sourcing.

Resolve design and site-related issues.

Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

2–3 years of relevant UAE experience.

Mandatory experience in retail fit-out projects.

Strong ability to review and evaluate drawings.

Hands-on experience in project execution and site coordination.

Good supplier and vendor coordination experience.

Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and fit-out details.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.

Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: In person
