Audio Visual & Lighting Storekeeper

We are looking for an Audio Visual & Lighting Storekeeper to manage and control AV, lighting, and related equipment at our warehouse in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The role will be responsible for receiving, issuing, tracking, organizing, and safeguarding all equipment and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, label, and record incoming AV and lighting equipment.

Issue and receive equipment for projects, events, and site requirements.

Maintain accurate stock records and track all equipment movements.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Ensure equipment is stored safely, properly organized, and protected from damage.

Coordinate with operations and project teams for equipment preparation, dispatch, and returns.

Monitor damaged or missing equipment and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure the warehouse remains secure, clean, and well organized.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller, preferably within AV, lighting, events, or technical equipment.

Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.

Must be willing and able to stay overnight at the warehouse

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
