About Team

The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.

The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee.

Fast-track your career in the technology industry via a 2-year rotational program packed with learning and exposure:

Navigate your Journey with C-suite and Senior Executives

Report to senior management for at least one rotation to receive direct mentorship. your Horizons on the Global Stage

Gain global perspectives and experiences through local and overseas rotations.

Create Impact across Business Units

Steer projects across e-commerce, digital financial services and digital entertainment businesses.

3) What Are the Possible Rotations?

You'll tackle high-impact projects and immerse yourself in functions crucial to our business. These exposures are designed to deepen your business acumen and groom you for future leadership. Your rotations and eventual landing roles will be carefully matched to business needs in harmony with your personal aspirations. Some of the core functions you might experience include:

Game Design: Define the rules that our virtual worlds operate by

Product Management: Drive the development or improvement of game features that matter to our players

Artificial Intelligence: Redefine how games are made and played through technology

Operations: Take a product and run it as a living, breathing service

Marketing: Share our story with those who already know us, and those who soon will

Esports: Engage our communities through grassroots and large-scale esports tournaments

and more!

4) What Is The Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

Application: August – October

Online Assessment: August – November

Behavioral Interview: August – November

Interviews with Senior Leaders: September – November

Interview with Executives: November – December

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with:

At least a recognised Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials in any discipline; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required.

0 to 2 years of full-time working experience, excluding internships and part-time working experience (as of 31st October 2026)

Familiar with games and player behaviour through personal gameplay or other relevant experience.

Hands-on experience using AI tools and turning ideas into practical, usable solutions is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Note: You should have completed or be on track to complete your degree no later than June 2027, and are able to join us full-time by July 2027.
