Description and Requirements

Scope of Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and develop new strategic software partnerships that drive monetization, engagement and incremental revenue opportunities for Motorola.

Lead the end-to-end onboarding and execution of global software partnerships, from prospect research and partner identification through launch, implementation and ongoing management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, internal stakeholders and executive leadership across multiple regions including North America, Europe and Latin America.

Develop business cases, revenue models and partnership strategies to support negotiations and investment decisions.

Negotiate commercial terms, partnership frameworks and business models aligned with Motorola's strategic objectives.

Drive contract discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership implementation.

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Operations teams to enable the deployment of software services and partner solutions across Motorola devices and platforms.

Manage existing partnerships, monitor business performance and identify opportunities for optimization, growth and expansion.

Analyze partnership performance data, generate actionable insights and recommend initiatives to improve monetization and engagement results.

Prepare executive presentations, business reviews and performance reports for leadership and strategic stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Technology or a related field.

Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or Ecosystem Development within technology, software, digital services or related industries.

Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating and launching commercial partnerships that generate business value and revenue streams.

Experience developing business cases, financial models and partnership proposals.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and transform insights into business recommendations.

Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.

Fluent English is mandatory, including experience interacting with global stakeholders and partners in business environments.

Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in software partnerships, digital services, mobile ecosystem, cloud platforms, fintech, travel, commerce, media, delivery or other consumer-facing digital services.

Experience working with OEMs, software developers, app providers, platform companies or technology ecosystems.

Background in monetization initiatives, subscription businesses, digital products or partner-driven revenue models.

Experience managing global partnerships and international stakeholders.

Spanish proficiency is a plus.
