Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta

Orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestire situazioni complesse

Competenze nell'utilizzo di strumenti di comunicazione e CRM

Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire progetti multipli contemporaneamente

Conoscenza dei principi di customer experience e customer satisfaction
