About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer with strong UAE market knowledge and experience in selling construction, MEP and building material products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new customers and project opportunities.

Promote and sell blockwork, plastering and construction accessories.

Handle products such as Metal Beads, Metal Lath, Blockwork Mesh, Steel Lintels, Wall Ties and Fiberglass Reinforcing Fabric. - Develop relationships with contractors, MEP companies, consultants, developers and project procurement teams.

Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and ensure strong follow-up until order conversion.

Identify upcoming projects and maintain a healthy project sales pipeline.

Coordinate with technical teams for submittals, material approvals and project requirements.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

3–5 years of UAE sales experience in Construction / MEP / Building Materials.

Experience with blockwork, plastering, masonry or related construction products is preferred.

Strong network with contractors, consultants and project companies.

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Target-oriented with strong business development abilities.

UAE Driving License preferred.

Candidates with an existing UAE customer/project network will be given preference.
