ROLE PURPOSE

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of ROX UAE, ensuring smooth coordination across showrooms, service centers, logistics, vehicle operations, and supporting functions.

You will drive operational efficiency, implement effective processes, monitor performance, and work closely with sales, aftersales, finance, logistics, and management to ensure business objectives are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily automotive operations across relevant business locations and departments.

Coordinate activities between sales, aftersales, service centres, logistics, and support teams.

Monitor operational performance and ensure business processes run efficiently.

Develop and implement SOPs, operational procedures, and internal controls.

Monitor vehicle availability, movement, preparation, and operational readiness.

Support showroom, service center, and vehicle delivery operations.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, turnaround times, and service standards.

Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and operational service providers.

Control operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Ensure facilities, equipment, and operational resources are properly maintained.

Support new showroom openings, service center activities, vehicle launches, and special projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, health and safety requirements, and manufacturer standards.

Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with performance updates and recommendations.

Lead, support, and develop operational teams to maintain high performance and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 7–10 years of relevant operations experience, preferably within automotive dealerships, distributors, importers, or automotive groups.

Minimum 3–5 years in an operations management or leadership role.

Strong UAE automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Good understanding of dealership operations, vehicle logistics, showrooms, service centres, and aftersales processes.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple locations, departments, priorities, and operational projects.

Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring operational KPIs and costs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, or dealership management systems.

Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

WORK CONDITIONS

Full-time position based in the UAE.

Regular travel between showrooms, service centers, warehouses, yards, and other operational locations may be required.
