About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GRP / FRP Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating and monitoring GRP/FRP manufacturing machinery and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor GRP/FRP production machines and equipment.
Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth machine operation.
Ensure products are manufactured according to required dimensions, quality and specifications.
Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Follow all company HSE and production procedures.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in GRP / FRP manufacturing or machine operation.
Experience operating GRP/FRP production machinery is preferred.
Good understanding of GRP/FRP materials and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read basic production instructions/drawings.
Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
Good discipline, teamwork and attention to detail.
UAE/GCC manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
Preference
Candidates with hands-on experience in GRP/FRP pipe, grating, profiles, tanks or other composite product manufacturing will be preferred.
