About the role

Lavoriamo nel settore dell'energia e delle utilities fornendo servizi essenziali per l'efficienza energetica e l'approvvigionamento. Cerchiamo una persona solare e motivata da inserire come addetto/a risorse umane per supportare l'ufficio del personale in tutte le attività quotidiane.

Ti occuperai di gestire l'intero ciclo della documentazione contrattuale, dalla preparazione delle lettere di assunzione alle proroghe, collaborando strettamente con il consulente paghe esterno per l'invio dei dati mensili. Avrai l'opportunità di seguire da vicino il processo di recruiting, occupandoti dello screening dei CV e fissando i colloqui conoscitivi. Ti importerai inoltre della rilevazione presenze e della gestione di ferie e permessi per circa 50 dipendenti, utilizzando il gestionale HR aziendale per mantenere l'anagrafica sempre aggiornata. Lavorerai in un ambiente collaborativo dove potrai imparare velocemente i processi di onboarding dei nuovi colleghi.

Requisiti richiesti:

diploma di scuola secondaria superiore

valutiamo anche candidati alla prima esperienza

buona conoscenza di excel e outlook

precisione nella gestione di scadenze e dati sensibili

spiccate doti relazionali e predisposizione all'ascolto

forte senso di riservatezza

Offerta e benefit:

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.400-1.700 €

Contratto a tempo indeterminato
