Principales funciones del puesto

Llevar a cabo los procesos de check in y check out

Lograr la satisfacción y lealtad de los huéspedes y clientes.

Integrar documentación de arribo y garantía de pago para la estancia de los huéspedes en el hotel.

Mantener las operaciones del día debidamente soportadas para los depósitos y cobranzas a que se tenga lugar; Elaborar reporte de cierre de las transacciones diarias.

Verificar el inventario de habitaciones disponibles e informar a las áreas correspondientes.

Atender el call center (conmutador) sobre los diversos requerimientos de los huéspedes.

Posición física del trabajo

Hotel con 40 habitaciones, ubicado en medio de la selva con clíma húmedo.

Los pasillos a las habitaciones son de concreto y tienen algunas zonas de subidas y bajadas (pendientes)

Necesidades físicas del puesto

Comunicación constante con huéspedes y clientes, llamadas telefónicas, de manera personal.

Uso de equipo de computo para funciones administrativas.
