Where You’ll Make a Difference

Partner with the Sales Coordinator on daily administrative and operational activities.

Follow up on customer emails and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.

Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.

Manage and follow up on commercial and administrative documentation.

Update forecast, databases, reports, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.

Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations.

Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution.

Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Previous experience in customer service, sales operations, account coordination, or administrative roles.

Strong Computer skills: Knowledge in such as Microsoft office, Excel, PPT, Word, SAP

Desirable spoken and written communications in English and Spanish. French is a plus

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High level of accountability and follow-through.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
