Service Manager - Streaming

En Exdesis incorporamos un/a Service Manager para gestionar de extremo a extremo la operación de plataformas digitales vinculadas a eventos deportivos en directo, coordinando equipos de soporte y actuando como principal interlocutor con el cliente.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en Service Management, Service Delivery, Operations o Technical Account Management.

Conocimientos sólidos de ITIL: Incident, Problem, Change y Major Incident Management.

Experiencia con plataformas digitales, media, streaming o cloud.

Conocimientos de AWS, Azure, APIs y tecnologías de streaming.

Experiencia con herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Splunk o ServiceNow.

Capacidad para coordinar equipos L1, L2 y L3 y gestionar incidencias críticas.

Nivel alto de inglés.

Modalidad: Híbrida en Barcelona.
