From our engineering and manufacturing site in Mieres, Asturias, TKAS offers a full portfolio of airport apron and gate mobility solutions. Our passenger boarding bridges connect terminals to aircraft safely and efficiently. Our ground support equipment covers preconditioned air, ground power units and potable water units for aircraft turnaround. Our advanced visual docking guidance systems (A-VDGS), including the LiDAR-based Apron Vision, ensure precise and safe aircraft docking. Our digital solutions - MAX Automate, MAX Monitor & Control and MAX Maintenance Manager - bring AI and remote operation to the apron.

We also provide modernization and service programs, including upgrades and spare parts that extend equipment life and performance, and we adapt this same engineering expertise to seaports, with our Seaport Passenger Boarding Bridges (SPBB) for ferry and cruise terminals.

Our equipment is used at more than 370 airports in over 100 countries, and TK Elevator boarding bridges have carried over 1.8 billion passengers worldwide.

Qué esperamos

Develop and maintain R&D project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of planned deliverables.

Track project budgets, development costs and resource utilization.

Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.

Organize and facilitate project review meetings, progress tracking and management reporting.

Escalate issues impacting project objectives and support decision-making processes.

Ensure compliance with the company's product development process and project governance requirements.

Maintain project documentation and KPI reporting.

A quién buscamos

Academic degree in engineering or Technical studies.

Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience

Experience in Product Development Processes & Project Management Processes & Tools in global environments.

Ability to lead initiatives without authority in a matrix organization: create plans, drive alignment across functions and monitor implementation.

At least 5-7 years of work experience (program management or consultancy roles preferred), ideally in an international /multicultural environment.

Applicants should be located in Asturias, given that the position is based at our Baíña, Mieres site.

Analytical with outstanding facilitation and communication skills. Ability to tailor reports and communications for the Executive levels.

Able to identify and resolve conflicts.

Ability to build strong good working relationships with management and team.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and high English level

Willingness to travel
