HR & Marketing Executive

Onyx Solutions is currently recruiting an HR & Marketing Coordinator for a varied position with a strong focus on marketing, content creation, social media and employer branding.

This role will play an important part in showcasing company projects, people, career opportunities and day-to-day activity through engaging digital content, while also supporting recruitment and wider HR initiatives through content creation.

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on marketing, social media or content creation experience who are comfortable turning business activity into engaging content.

THE ROLE

Create and manage content across company social media platforms

Develop engaging content showcasing completed and ongoing projects

Create recruitment marketing content around current vacancies and hiring requirements

Produce employee-focused content highlighting company culture, teams and career progression

Develop employer branding campaigns to support recruitment and staff attraction

Create graphics, photography, video and other digital content

Plan and maintain social media and content calendars

Work closely with project, engineering and management teams to identify content opportunities

Support recruitment campaigns across social media and digital channels

Create job advertisements and recruitment-related marketing material

Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Assist with careers content and company recruitment messaging

Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement

Maintain consistent company branding across digital content

Support general marketing campaigns and company initiatives

Provide HR and recruitment coordination support where required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media or Content Creation

Strong content creation and copywriting ability

Experience managing business social media accounts

Comfortable creating both visual and written content

Experience using Canva or similar design/content platforms

Ability to create engaging content from projects, people and everyday business activity

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working across different departments to gather content

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities

Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding would be highly advantageous

HR or recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content and wants ownership of a company's marketing and social media activity while also developing experience across recruitment, employer branding and HR.
