About the role

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will:

Define and deliver the new business strategy for Corporate Pensions, including go to market strategy, market segmentation, targeting across all distribution channels and clear competitive positioning.

Build, lead and forecast a strong pipeline of employer pension opportunities, ensuring disciplined qualification and conversion.

Lead requests for proposal, pitch presentations and commercial negotiations for new corporate schemes.

Be part of the senior leadership team for the new Corporate Pensions division with a unique opportunity to contribute to the develop and growth of financial wellbeing solutions for Irish employees.

Develop strong relationships with employers, advisers, brokers, trustees and industry bodies to drive referrals and market visibility.

Provide visible leadership across teams, partnering with product, marketing, operations, account managers, compliance and distribution to ensure smooth onboarding, sustainable growth and strong risk governance.

You are an experienced and inclusive leader with deep knowledge of the Irish corporate pension's market. You bring a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to turn strategy into practical outcomes that drive asset and revenue growth. You build trust easily with senior corporate partners and advisers through clear communication and good judgement. You are comfortable analysing market trends, competitor activity and performance data to inform decisions. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and functions, and you are committed to developing people, encouraging enterprise wide thinking and fostering a positive risk culture where compliance, customer outcomes and long term profitability are considered together.

Essential qualifications

A Qualified Financial Advisor qualification and a relevant third level qualification are required for this role.

Corporate Pensions sits within the Wealth and Insurance area and builds on New Ireland's established success in the corporate pension's market. The team focuses on delivering modern, technology enabled solutions that help employers support their people and achieve better retirement outcomes. This is an exciting time to join a growing division, with the opportunity to shape strategy, influence market positioning and work with colleagues who are passionate about financial wellbeing.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily in our Dublin office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
