About the role

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance / Part-Time Accontant with strong expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting, along with a good understanding & Expertise in Finance & Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse data from CRM, sales, customer, membership, booking, and operational systems.

Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Identify data inconsistencies, errors, missing information, and duplicate records.

Analyse CRM data to identify customer trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Support reconciliation of sales and CRM data with basic accounting and financial records.

Assist with revenue, payment, invoice, outstanding, and transaction analysis.

Prepare branch-wise and department-wise financial and operational data reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, CRM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and CRM reporting.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables & XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP

Good understanding of sales, revenue, customer and operational data.

Working Arrangement

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time

Working hours and schedule will be agreed based on business requirements.

The role will be in person. (required in Office)

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
