About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing with the ability to develop innovative concepts and high-quality 3D visualizations for exhibition stands, event environments, stage designs, and branded experiences.

Please note: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and be available to work from our Abu Dhabi office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative 3D concepts, renderings, and visual presentations for events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential projects.

Design exhibition stands, event environments, stage sets, and branded spaces in line with client requirements.

Interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into engaging and practical design solutions.

Produce high-quality presentations and visual materials for client proposals and pitches.

Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and technical departments to ensure design feasibility and project success.

Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices within the events and exhibitions industry.

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in 3D design within the events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, live events, or related industries.

Strong portfolio demonstrating exhibition stands, event environments, stage designs, and experiential projects.

Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.

Strong understanding of event production, exhibition structures, fabrication methods, and build processes.

Must currently be based in the UAE.

Experience working on projects within the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.

Arabic-speaking candidates is a must

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
