Position Title: Feedback & Presentation Quality Inspector Department: Operations / Quality Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Food & Beverage

Job Summary

We are seeking an independent, observant, and detail-oriented Feedback & Presentation Quality Inspector to evaluate guest experience and food presentation standards across all branches.

The role will involve conducting unannounced branch visits, evaluating food presentation against established standards, collecting direct guest feedback, and maintaining objective branch-level evaluation records.

Independence and impartiality are essential to this position. The Inspector will rotate across branches, maintain professional distance from branch employees, and report findings directly to management. Branch-level results generated through this role will contribute to the evaluation of branch performance and management effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities1. Unannounced Branch Visits

Conduct unannounced visits to branches on a rotating basis.

Visit branches as a regular guest to ensure an authentic evaluation.

Follow a structured visit cycle covering all branches.

Ensure visits are distributed fairly so that staff cannot anticipate inspection timings.

Maintain complete independence throughout each visit.

2. Food Presentation Evaluation

Evaluate food presentation against established company standards.

Check whether the correct serveware, plates, bowls, and vessels are used for each dish.

Assess consistency of portioning and overall presentation.

Evaluate the visual appearance and presentation of food served to guests.

Document specific deviations, including:

Branch

Date/visit

Dish/item

Specific presentation issue

Identify recurring presentation issues and highlight trends to management.

3. Guest Feedback Collection

Collect direct, in-person feedback from guests during branch visits.

Gather feedback independently without involvement or influence from branch employees.

Evaluate guest satisfaction with the overall dining experience.

Record feedback consistently using the approved evaluation format.

Ensure feedback is objective, accurate, and comparable across branches.

Identify recurring guest concerns and areas requiring improvement.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain a detailed evaluation record for every branch visit.

Document presentation observations and guest feedback accurately.

Maintain branch-wise records to identify trends over time.

Submit findings directly to management.

Ensure reports are not filtered, modified, or influenced by the branch manager or branch staff.

Highlight recurring issues, significant deviations, and areas requiring management attention.

Provide objective branch-level results that can support management performance evaluations.

Independence & Professional Conduct

Independence is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

The successful candidate must:

Have no personal or professional relationship with branch managers or staff members.

Maintain professional distance from branch employees during visits.

Never accept free food, complimentary items, or hospitality from branch staff.

Avoid developing informal relationships or unnecessary rapport with employees being evaluated.

Conduct all evaluations objectively and without bias.

Maintain confidentiality of evaluation findings.

Report findings directly to management.

Ensure branch managers do not influence or review reports before submission to management.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

Educated and articulate with strong observation and communication skills.

Strong sense of discretion, impartiality, and professional judgment.

Ability to evaluate situations objectively without being influenced by personal relationships.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

No prior personal or professional connection with the company's branches or staff.

Preferred

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in hospitality, F&B service, guest relations, front-of-house operations, or a similar guest-facing role.

Experience in guest-experience evaluation, mystery shopping, quality auditing, or hospitality inspections is an advantage.

Strong understanding of food presentation and guest service standards.

Scope of the Role

This position focuses exclusively on guest-facing experience and food presentation quality.

The role does not cover:

Food safety inspections

Hygiene compliance inspections

Food safety certifications

Government food control permits

Technical equipment compliance

Inspection-linked regulatory certifications

These responsibilities fall under the Quality Control Executive role.

The Feedback & Presentation Quality Inspector is specifically responsible for evaluating how food is presented and how guests experience the branch, providing management with independent and objective feedback. Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: AED 1,200–1,500

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Visa: AED 1,500 deduction applicable

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
