Role Description The Graphic Designer (Real Estate Experience) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs for property listings, social media campaigns, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials that support PSI’s real estate projects and brand positioning. Daily tasks include developing visual concepts, designing layouts and graphics aligned with brand guidelines, producing marketing collateral for online and offline channels, and collaborating closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Listing teams. The role also involves refining branding elements, managing typography and imagery, preparing files for print and digital distribution, and ensuring consistency and high-quality output across all visual content. The Graphic Designer will contribute creative ideas to enhance property marketing and support campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating marketing materials for real estate or similar industries.

Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identities across projects and campaigns.

Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, attractive, and readable content for both print and digital formats.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with digital and social media design requirements.

Previous experience in real estate marketing or property-focused design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.

Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications in design or branding are an advantage.
