Purchase & Procurement Officer

Purchase & Procurement Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing requirements for branches, events, F&B, maintenance, office, and operational activities while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily purchase requests and prepare Purchase Orders.

Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare prices.

Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates and terms.

Coordinate timely delivery of materials to branches and warehouse.

Purchase F&B, cleaning, maintenance, party, office, and operational supplies.

Maintain supplier records and procurement documents.

Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Branch teams regarding purchases and payments.

Monitor pending orders and follow up with suppliers.

Support procurement requirements for new branches and events.

Ensure purchases follow company policies and approval procedures.

Checking for an availability of stock in warehouse ensuring quotation are being prepared according to the stock availability

Review sales quotation before being communicated to Customer

Negotiation with sales team based on stock availability size, color, quality check and quantity.

Sending it for an approval for an additional purchase if required, with an appropriate reasioning

Post Approval, Confirmation of a quotation to the sales team to release the quotation to customer.

Experience with retail POS systems, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and procurement planning.

Qualification Required

2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.

UAE experience preferred.

Experience in kids entertainment, hospitality, F&B, retail, or leisure is an advantage.

Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchasing processes.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
