SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including material handling, storage, and distribution
Monitor and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols
Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper material rotation (FIFO)
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Perform system transactions in ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP) and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with production and supply chain teams to meet operational needs
Assist in identifying process improvements and support implementation
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety always
Manage IMMEX compliance for import/export processes, including proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to Mexican customs regulations
Accurately performs all requirements / duties in the warehouse area, following the quality policies

Assists in training and coaching as necessary or required.
Displays the ability to anticipate and take corrective actions should problems occur, documenting as appropriate
Participates in all audits that evaluate the quality system
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in chemical manufacturing
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and inventory control procedures
Basic proficiency with ERP or WMS systems (SAP experience a plus)
Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment (certification required or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
English intermediate (preferable)
Experience with IMMEX program compliance and related customs processes#LI-OA1
