Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Support strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites.

Analyze data related to manpower, complaints, audits, compliance, asset performance, and service delivery.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business review summaries.

Conduct benchmarking studies for manpower deployment, operational costs, and site performance.

Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvement opportunities.

Support development of SOPs, trackers, checklists, and operational frameworks.

Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze operational data.

Assist in audit tracking, non-compliance analysis, and corrective action monitoring.

Work on special projects related to workplace experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

 Support leadership in preparing client presentations and strategy reviews.

Measure of Success :

Timely delivery of the results.

Essential qualifications and experience :

Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.

Primary Interactions:-

C&W reporting manager

Knowledge and skills required :

Interest in Facility Management, Workplace Operations, or Corporate Real Estate.

Basic understanding of soft services, technical services, audits, compliance, or site operations.

Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Knowledge of Power BI, Excel dashboards, or automation tools is an added advantage.Leadership

Teamwork Orientation

Excellent computer and systems knowledge: Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Financial Systems
