About the role
Your tasks
1. Responsible for all required correspondence with clients. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers always.
2. Responding promptly to customer queries.
3. Monitoring TAT – Coordinating with labs and report reviewers and ensuring release of reports on time. Intimating customers for any delay and convincing customer satisfactorily.
4. Receiving and analyzing customer feedback.
5. Emailing and dispatching of test reports and invoice to customers on time
6. Obtaining Customer feedback – Acknowledging customer complaints / queries and forwarding to concern.
7. Coordinating with lab managers for technical analysis of results.
8. Updating Lab Managers on complaints
9. Managing a team of customer service representatives
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Your tasks
1. Graduate / Post-graduate in Science/ Commerce.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and support role preferably in commercial testing lab.
