We are currently seeking a Baker to join and support our talented Bakery team. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation, baking and finishing of a range of high-quality baked goods.

Follow established recipes, preparation methods and quality standards.

Ensure all food is prepared, handled and stored in line with food safety and hygiene requirements.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the kitchen and bakery areas.

Assist with the receipt, storage and rotation of ingredients and stock.

Support effective stock control and minimise food waste where possible.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bakery.

Provide excellent service to customers where the role involves customer interaction.

Follow all relevant company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
