Swimming Pool Technician cum Driver

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company specializing in renovation, fit-out, maintenance, landscaping, swimming pool services, MEP, HVAC, cleaning, and complete property improvement solutions across Dubai.

We are urgently hiring a skilled and reliable Swimming Pool Technician cum Driver to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for swimming pool cleaning, maintenance, water treatment, equipment servicing, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, as well as transporting workers, tools, chemicals, and equipment to various project locations across Dubai.

Key ResponsibilitiesSwimming Pool Maintenance

Perform routine swimming pool cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and servicing.

Vacuum, brush, skim, and clean swimming pools and surrounding areas.

Clean and maintain pool decks, skimmer baskets, strainers, and related areas.

Perform filter cleaning and backwashing as required.

Test and maintain proper pool water quality, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and chemical levels.

Add and manage pool chemicals safely according to required treatment procedures.

Safely handle, store, transport, and use swimming pool chemicals in accordance with company HSE procedures.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pool pumps, filters, motors, valves, control panels, and filtration systems.

Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on pool equipment.

Identify equipment faults and report major issues to the Operations or Maintenance Team.

Assist with pool equipment installation, replacement, and servicing.

Carry out basic plumbing and electrical checks related to swimming pool systems.

Monitor equipment performance and report unusual conditions.

Complete daily service reports, maintenance checklists, water testing records, and work documentation.

Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Driving & Site Support

Safely drive the company vehicle to various project locations across Dubai.

Transport workers, tools, pool chemicals, spare parts, equipment, and materials to and from project sites.

Collect and deliver pool chemicals, spare parts, tools, and equipment from suppliers and warehouses.

Ensure chemicals, tools, equipment, and materials are properly secured during transportation.

Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean and good working condition.

Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.

Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving and safety procedures.

Assist the technical team with general site support duties when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE or GCC experience as a Swimming Pool Technician.

Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

Proven hands-on experience in swimming pool cleaning, maintenance, water treatment, and equipment servicing.

Good knowledge of pool chemical balancing, filtration systems, pumps, filters, motors, valves, and control systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pool equipment.

Knowledge of safe chemical handling, storage, and application.

Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge related to swimming pool systems is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and visit multiple project locations across Dubai.

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
