Sales Development Representative (Native-Level English)

⭐ Role Overview Lodgify is growing fast, and we want you to be the voice that gets there first. As our next Sales Development Representative, you'll spend most of your time on outbound calls, but with an edge: every month, we hand you a fresh batch of qualified leads, vacation rental owners, and property managers, plus everything you need to know about their business. No cold prospecting, no hunting for contacts, just real conversations, understanding how to drive value to our customers. You'll also handle your share of inbound live chat, turning that interest into high-value sales demonstrations for our Sales Specialists to close the deals. And this is just the start: SDRs at Lodgify typically grow into Sales Specialists within 1 to 1.5 years, sometimes sooner 😉 based on merit and performance. In the last 9 months alone, 8 SDRs were promoted, and our SDR team is currently averaging 107% of target.
