Digital Marketing Content Creator

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company specializing in renovation, fit-out, maintenance, MEP, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, and complete property improvement solutions across Dubai.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media, content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, and digital marketing.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our projects, services, workmanship, and company brand across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Develop creative content ideas to promote company services, completed projects, ongoing site works, and brand awareness.

Visit project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing works, before-and-after transformations, and company activities.

Create and edit Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other marketing content.

Design social media posts, advertisements, posters, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Write engaging captions, marketing copy, articles, and other written content.

Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

Develop content that improves online visibility and customer engagement.

Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Design, and Project Teams to collect project information, photos, videos, and updates.

Maintain an organized library of company photos, videos, marketing materials, and project content.

Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and campaign results.

Ensure all published content follows Fixen's branding, quality, and professional standards.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Strong creative writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai when required.
