Plumber

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company in Dubai, specializing in fit-out, renovation, maintenance, MEP, HVAC, joinery, painting, landscaping, cleaning, and complete property improvement solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, fit-out, and renovation works for residential and commercial properties.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems.

Carry out plumbing works for villas, apartments, offices, retail units, and commercial properties.

Install and repair sanitary fixtures, including toilets, wash basins, sinks, bidets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.

Perform pipe cutting, threading, jointing, installation, modification, and replacement.

Carry out plumbing modifications and rerouting for fit-out and renovation projects.

Install and maintain hot and cold-water supply systems.

Install drainage and waste pipes with proper slope, alignment, and connections.

Identify and repair water leaks, blockages, damaged pipes, and faulty plumbing fixtures.

Perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance.

Attend emergency plumbing breakdowns and respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Conduct pressure testing and inspect completed plumbing installations.

Read and follow plumbing drawings, layouts, and site instructions.

Coordinate with MEP, civil, tiling, and other site teams.

Carry out bathroom and kitchen plumbing works for fit-out and renovation projects.

Maintain plumbing tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Follow company HSE procedures and project safety requirements.

Requirements

3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Plumber.

Proven experience in fit-out, renovation, construction, or building maintenance.

Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and plumbing installations.

Hands-on experience with residential and commercial plumbing works.

Ability to diagnose plumbing faults and perform effective repairs.

Good knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, fittings, valves, pipes, and installation methods.

Ability to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts.

Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Physically fit, reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
