Electrician

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company in Dubai, specializing in fit-out, renovation, maintenance, MEP, HVAC, joinery, painting, landscaping, cleaning, and complete property improvement solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, fit-out, and renovation works for residential and commercial properties.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works.

Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults, power failures, short circuits, and wiring issues.

Install, replace, and repair switches, sockets, lights, circuit breakers, isolators, and other electrical components.

Install and maintain indoor, outdoor, emergency, and decorative lighting systems.

Perform electrical wiring, cable pulling, termination, and connection works.

Test and inspect electrical circuits, connections, and installations.

Inspect and maintain distribution boards (DBs), breakers, isolators, and electrical panels.

Carry out electrical modifications, extensions, and rerouting for fit-out and renovation projects.

Install electrical points, outlets, lighting points, and connections for new projects.

Assist with MEP coordination and electrical works during fit-out and renovation projects.

Respond promptly to electrical maintenance requests and breakdowns.

Identify electrical hazards and report unsafe conditions to the Site Supervisor or management.

Read and follow electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and site instructions.

Ensure all electrical works are completed safely and according to project requirements.

Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Follow company HSE procedures and safe working practices at all times.

Requirements

3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as an Electrician.

Proven experience in building maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, lighting systems, DBs, breakers, switches, sockets, isolators, and electrical components.

Good electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Hands-on experience with residential and commercial electrical maintenance.

Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts.

Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and safe working practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Physically fit, reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
