Mason – Tiling & Fit-Out

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is a growing technical services company in Dubai specializing in fit-out, renovation, maintenance, MEP, HVAC, joinery, painting, landscaping, cleaning, and complete property improvement solutions.

We are urgently looking for a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in tiling, masonry, fit-out, renovation, marble and granite works.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, mosaic, and natural stone tiles.

Measure, mark, cut, and install tiles accurately according to project requirements.

Prepare surfaces through leveling, screeding, and proper surface preparation.

Apply tile adhesive, mortar, grout, and other required materials.

Carry out bathroom, kitchen, villa, apartment, office, retail, and commercial tiling works.

Perform tile replacement, repairs, re-grouting, and renovation works.

Ensure proper tile alignment, spacing, level, slope, and finishing.

Install tile trims, skirting, stair nosings, and decorative tile features.

Carry out marble and granite fixing, grouting, polishing, and finishing when required.

Assist with waterproofing preparation and related bathroom renovation works.

Read and follow tile layout drawings, project specifications, and site instructions.

Inspect completed works and carry out necessary touch-ups and corrections.

Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Properly handle and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow company HSE procedures and project safety requirements.

Requirements

3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in masonry, tiling, fit-out, or renovation works.

Strong hands-on experience in ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, mosaic, and natural stone installation.

Good knowledge of screeding, grouting, surface preparation, and tile installation methods.

Experience working on bathrooms, kitchens, villas, apartments, offices, retail, and commercial projects.

Ability to read basic drawings, layouts, and site instructions.

Good knowledge of tile adhesives, mortars, grout, trims, and related materials.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically fit, reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
