Position Overview

For this position, residency in Ireland and Valid EU Passport, IRP, or Work Permit required a valid work permit are required.

Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Co. Dublin

Hours per week: 14 - Monday to Saturday early morning time and Saturday evening

Salary / Hourly rate: According to experience

Start date: ASAP

Since 1966, we have been a leading company in the cleaning industry, and we are currently looking for reliable cleaning staff to join our team. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are new to the industry and eager to learn. ✨

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to perform well and maintain a positive working atmosphere

Plan team schedules and help improve work processes to increase efficiency

Support the team when needed and help solve daily challenges

Manage ordering and stock of cleaning supplies and materials

Keep the working environment clean, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications & Skills

English language proficiency at B1 level or above

Portuguese is an advantage (preferred)

Team coordination and strong communication skills

Good organisation, planning and basic administrative skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges

Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused attitude

Physically fit and able to work in an active environment

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in the cleaning industry

Basic understanding of health and safety rules in cleaning
