What you will bring:

What you will do:

Order Fulfilment -Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders, ensuring all items are correct, in perfect condition, and ready for timely dispatch.

Customer Satisfaction - Support an exceptional online shopping experience by maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, helping ensure customers receive their orders promptly and as expected.

Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels while picking orders, and assist in maintaining organised storage areas to ensure product availability for online customers.

Quality & Brand Standards - Handle products with care, uphold company standards, and ensure packaging reflects the brands commitment to quality and customer trust.

Team Collaboration - Work closely with store and fulfilment teams to meet daily targets and resolve any order-related issues quickly and effectively.

Personal Development - Take ownership of your growth by engaging in training and development opportunities in consultation with your manager.
