Post Summary:- The Research Fellow will provide scientific and analytical expertise across the DISCeRN project, with a primary focus on the analysis and integration of social-cognition, exposome and neuroimaging data. Under the supervision of Professor Agustín Ibáñez, the Fellow will contribute to harmonisation international datasets and developing multimodal statistical and machine-learning models to investigate how brain, environment and social factors influence cognition, ageing and neurodegenerative disease. The role will contribute primarily to WP6 and related analytical activities, including the development of Social Cognition Ageing Clock models, exposome–brain interactions and equity-sensitive risk and resilience models. The Fellow will work closely with researchers, clinicians and data scientists across the international DISCeRN consortium and contribute to scientific publications, analytical resources and dissemination.
Post status: Fixed term contract
Hours of Post: Part-Time, 0.9 FTE
Salary: This appointment will be made on the [IUA salary scale] (€48,692 pro rata 0.9 FTE) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
